Food Protein Peptide Nutrition and Exercise Intervention on Adolescent Obesity

The nutritional value of protein is mainly determined by the type, quantity and proportion of essential amino acids contained in protein. The amino acid composition of legume protein is similar to that of human protein, so it has high nutritional value. Hormones also play an important role in regulating metabolism, and both enzymes and hormones are directly or indirectly derived from proteins. In this paper, the author analyzes the food protein peptide nutrition and exercise intervention on adolescent obesity.After intervention, the weight of obese adolescents decreased significantly, body fat content decreased significantly (P < 0.01), triglyceride (TG), low density lipoprotein (LDL) decreased significantly (P < 0.01). Four-week aerobic exercise combined with diet control can be used as an effective intervention model for exercise weight loss, which can significantly reduce body weight, body fat, TC, LDL levels. Meanwhile, in the short-term weight loss process, the proportion of fat in nutritional diet should be gradually reduced.
