APS is a kind of water-soluble polysaccharide with biological activity, which is isolated from the stem or dry
root of Astragalus. Its composition is complex and diverse. Astragalus polysaccharides play an important role in
the treatment and prevention of diseases and the research of drugs. In response to the current call of the country
to publicize the spirit and culture of sports, governments around the country carry out more various sports
activities, among which swimming is more prominent in a variety of sports activities. The comprehensive
quality and professional ability of swimmers are proposed to have a deeper level of development. In this paper,
the antioxidant properties of Astragalus Polysaccharides and the alleviation of swimming fatigue were analyzed.
Fast and accurate judgment of fatigue is the prerequisite to prevent sports fatigue caused by overtraining. The
purpose of this paper is to explore the solution to the sports fatigue caused by swimming, especially the large
amount of training.
