Abstract

Polyunsaturated fatty acids are present in vegetable fats and oils, such as safflower seed oil, etc. These vegetable
fats contain higher polyunsaturated fatty acids. Polyunsaturated fatty acids (PUFA) are an important class of
nutrients. In recent years, studies have found that PUFA affects the gene expression of various enzymes and
proteins related to fat metabolism in animals, thereby regulating animal fat metabolism. This article analyzes
polyunsaturated fatty acid body fat deposition and physical fitness supplementation after physical training.
Mobilization requires a lot of consumption in the game, and the energy load and intensity are also relatively
large, so having good physical fitness is an important aspect that can improve the level of the game. At the same
time, if the athlete lacks physical fitness during the competition, it will cause many system disorders in the body,
such as the nervous system, muscle system and other sports. In addition to technical and tactical winning laws,
good physical fitness is also an indispensable important factor. Therefore, studying athletes' physical fitness
compensation and recovery from the perspective of nutrition has important theoretical and practical significance
for enriching the theoretical system of sports training, improving the effectiveness of sports training, and
improving the level of sports competition.
