Abstract

Non-GMO soybeans have high nutritional value and are loved by consumers for their health, environmental protection and organic characteristics. Soy is rich in about 40% protein, about 20% fat, and contains vitamin B1, calcium, phosphorus, niacin, and carotene and other nutrients needed by the human body. This article analyzes the amino acid nutrition of non-GMO soybeans and the international competitiveness of the industry. With the continuous development of the international trend of the soybean market, Chinese soybeans have been and will be more and more deeply integrated into the world market competition. In response to the international competitive trade environment, it is necessary to give full play to the role of the China Soybean Industry Association, form a soybean procurement alliance for importing companies, and uniformly coordinate the quantity and progress of imported soybean procurement. At the same time, it is necessary to further increase the support for the domestic soybean industry, formulate supporting preferential policies to encourage soybean planting, acquisition, processing, and export, mobilize the enthusiasm of soybean farmers for planting and the purchase of grain merchants, and reduce the production costs of processing enterprises. Formulate relevant industrial development plans.
