Dairy products contain a high proportion of high-quality solid particles. The most important ingredients are: milk fat, casein, lactose, and minerals. The total amino acid content and single amino acid content of dairy products are higher than other foods. The fat content of dairy products is very high, reaching 9%, which is more than twice that of ordinary meat foods. This article analyzes the amino acid nutrition of dairy products and the financial audit of supermarkets. In recent years, the diversification pattern of China's retail industry has become increasingly apparent. In addition to the traditional wholesale and retail, chain and direct sales business models, emerging e-commerce models have also emerged, and diversified and competitive business forms have gradually formed. In dealing with market competition, we also need to deal with the competitive threats posed to enterprises by changes in the external environment. Over the years, some large retail companies have broadened their development scale, while others have encountered development difficulties that have closed down. There are many reasons for this, including problems such as insufficient effectiveness of financial audit quality control. Therefore, strengthening the financial audit of supermarkets is of great significance to the development of China's brick-and-mortar supermarkets.
