Green Food Nutrition and Industrial Regional Development Differences and Coordination
Green food is rich in protein and fat nutrition, and also has citric acid, malic acid, calcium, phosphorus, iron, arginine, tryptophan and other ingredients. The green food industry, as a new industry combining economic benefits, social benefits and ecological benefits, has adapted to the changes in consumer demand and the requirements of agricultural industrial structure adjustment. This paper quantitatively analyzes the city heterogeneity of China's green food industry development zones, and uses the Shaply decomposition method based on the green food industry development equation. Empirical Estimation of the Contribution Rate of Various Factors Affecting the Urban Heterogeneity of Green Food Industry Development Zones. The results show that the urban heterogeneity of China's green food industry development zones is mainly affected by factors such as industrial agglomeration, income levels, labor, capital, and land. In terms of heterogeneous contributions, industrial agglomeration is the heterogeneity of the green food industry development zones. The first reason is the income level, followed by the capital factor, and the contribution rate of input factors such as labor and land is low. Based on the conclusions of the study, policy suggestions to promote the coordinated development of the green food industrial districts were put forward.
