With the help of big data, we can first quantify the objectives of ocean management, and can clearly predict the total amount of marine economic development, the speed of development, the structure of various marine industries, the development of marine society, the quantity of marine ecological resources, and the pollution of the marine environment. In this paper, the authors analyze the tuna protein nutrition and innovation of marine management model from sustainable perspective. The protein content of tuna bone is rich, and the ratio of taste amino acid is high. The mineral elements are high in variety and high in content, and the ratio of calcium to phosphorus is suitable. The nutrients of tuna bone include basic components, amino acids and fatty acids. The composition of mineral elements was determined. The protein, ash and fat content of tuna bone were 57.2%, 33.1% and 8.0%. Marine management should first have a comprehensive grasp of the state of marine economic and social development. Secondly, the open sharing mechanism of ocean management big data should be established to explore the intrinsic value of ocean management big data. This paper proposes the innovation of marine management model under the background of big data, in order to achieve the optimization of marine management and the sustainable development of marine economy.
