Abstract

Beef is rich in protein, amino acids, and low in fat. Cold beef is always under low temperature control, the growth and reproduction of most microorganisms are suppressed, and pathogenic bacteria such as Clostridium botulinum and Staphylococcus aureus greatly reduce the rate of secreting toxins. This article analyzes the English translation of cold chain beef and food import and export trade. In the context of global economic integration, international exchanges have continued to increase, and various languages have begun to converge. Dialogue and communication have become an integral part of social and economic development. Food professional English belongs to English for special purpose, which includes the professional language involved in the process of food production, processing, sales and consumption. It has both the general characteristics of the English language and some of its own characteristics. The beef industry is one of the important industrial sectors of China's traditional agriculture and animal husbandry. In recent years, China's beef import and export trade has developed significantly, but there are still various problems that seriously affect the further improvement of China's beef export trade. Therefore, the author of this article proposes corresponding suggestions from the aspects of beef cold chain logistics quality and food import and export trade English translation.
