Study on Ginsenoside Nutrition Content of Forest Ginseng and Factors of Forestry Economic Grow
Modern pharmacological research has proved that ginsenoside is one of the main active ingredients of ginseng, so the content of ginsenoside has been used as an important index to evaluate the intrinsic quality of ginseng. However, there are few reports on the analysis and biological activity of saponins from the forest. Domestic scholars have reported the use of high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) to determine the content of saponins in the forest, and others have reported that the total saponins in the forest can reduce blood glucose in hyperglycemic rats, and wild ginseng combined with chemotherapy for the treatment of acute leukemia. In this paper, six major saponins (Rg1, Re, Rb1, Rc, Rb2, Rd) of cultivated ginseng and understory ginseng grown in Jilin Province were analyzed by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). There were significant differences in saponin content, and the chemical composition ratios of ginsenoside Rg1 and Re were quite different. China's forest ginseng has absolute advantages in quality and output in the world, and it is expected to launch the Chinese forest ginseng brand globally. However, the research on the forest ginseng is almost blank, so it is urgent to strengthen the research to provide the theoretical basis and material basis for the clinical application of the forest ginseng.
