Imported Dairy Product Protein Nutrition and China-ASEAN Cross-Border Agricultural Product Supply Chain
Dairy products are rich in protein nutrition. The main ingredients are water, fat, phospholipids, protein, lactose, and inorganic salts. Milk is the best source of human calcium, and the ratio of calcium to phosphorus is very suitable to facilitate the absorption of calcium. This article analyzes the protein nutrition of imported dairy products and China-ASEAN cross-border agricultural product supply chain. In the China-ASEAN agricultural products circulation trade, imported dairy products have been loved by Chinese consumers, and sales have soared. Therefore, it is imminent to build a cross-border agricultural product supply chain including the supply of dairy products. With the development of cross-border economic cooperation, especially cross-border agricultural product trade, cross-border agricultural product e-commerce, cross-border agricultural product logistics and other trading tools and channels are also increasingly developed. From a systematic perspective, the realization of cross-border agricultural product trade, cross-border agricultural e-commerce, and cross-border agricultural product logistics all meet and depend to a certain extent on a robust cross-border agricultural product supply chain system. Incorporating the goal orientation of supply chain optimization into the cross-border agricultural product supply chain is conducive to the internationalization and practicalization of theoretical research on agricultural product supply chains, and is conducive to extending and expanding the theoretical framework of agricultural product supply chains.
