Abstract

Vitamin B12 deficiency is one of the global nutrient deficiency diseases. Osteoporosis reduces the strength, quality and structure of bones, thereby reducing bone mass and increasing the risk of fractures. This article analyzes vitamin B12 and osteopeptide nutrition to relieve exercise osteoporosis and sports nutrition supplement. Due to the rapid population growth and the increasing proportion of the elderly, osteoporosis has become a serious problem affecting both sexes, and in particular has become a public health problem that increasingly affects women's health. According to the International Osteoporosis Foundation, the global prevalence of osteoporosis is rising dramatically, especially in women over 50 years of age. China has gradually entered an aging society, and there are more and more patients with osteoporosis after menopause. At present, there is no good treatment for this disease. It is well known that vitamin B12 and folic acid can affect the blood and nervous system, but the research on the effects of vitamin B12 and folic acid on bones is less. Lack of vitamin B12 levels may be an important risk factor for osteoporosis. Exercise therapy and osteopeptide can significantly improve lumbar bone density in postmenopausal osteoporosis.
