Low-sugar Food Nutrition Therapy Combined with Communication Psychological Intervention for Clinical Treatment of Patients with Depression
Objective: To explore the effect of health guidance and psychological nursing on the prognosis of elderly patients with diabetes mellitus. Methods: A total of 98 elderly patients with diabetes mellitus who were treated between January 2016 and June 2018 were enrolled in the study. They were randomly assigned to the health guidance and psychological care group (observation group) and the routine care group (control group). , 49 cases in each group. The negative quality of care and the quality of life of the patients were compared between the two groups. Results: The quality of comprehensive nursing in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group. The quality of life score was also significantly higher than that in the control group at 3 months and 6 months after treatment. The negative emotional scores in the treatment and treatment groups were significantly lower than those in the control group. The above differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion: In the medical work and nursing service of diabetes, the implementation of health guidance and psychological care services for patients can reduce the depression of patients, improve the quality of life of patients, improve the quality of work of medical staff, and have high clinical value.
