Papaya Protein Alcohol Nutrition Combined with Aerobic Exercise to Improve Immunity
Papain alcohol is a kind of cysteinyl protein alcohol, which is often used to make tender meat meal in food processing industry. Papain alcohol can degrade the protein alcohol of myofibril and connective tissue, and decompose the actin and collagen band into smaller polypeptide and amino acid substance. In this paper, papain alcohol nutrition combined with aerobic exercise is analyzed to improve immunity. From the perspective of neuroendocrine, aerobic exercise may be related to the immunoregulation of nervous system, the immunosuppression of stress hormone, the self-regulation of immune system and the anti regulation of immune system on nervous system and endocrine system. The results showed that after 10 weeks of physical training, the serum immunoglobulin IgG in the experimental group was significantly increased (P < 0.01), the CD4 +% and CD4 + / CD8 + ratio of T lymphocyte subsets were significantly increased (P < 0.01, P < 0.05), the serum IgM was increased, the IgA and CD8 + were decreased, but there was no significant change. The results show that long-term physical exercise can improve the immune function of the body.
