Abstract

Sea buckthorn oil contains essential fatty acids, phytosterols, vitamin E, vitamin K, carotenoids, and plant phospholipids. It also contains superoxide dismutase (SOD), which is higher than ginseng. During the oxidation of the body, a harmful substance, ie, free radicals, is generated. Excessive free radicals can cause oxidative damage to the body. This article analyzes the antioxidant properties of the complex protein nutrition and the sports health market. At present, the sports industry is developing rapidly, the supply of sports products is diversifying, and the scale and speed of sports consumption among the general public are increasing. Sports consumption has also played a positive role in promoting social and economic development.
