Abstract

Therefore, the development of fish protein hydrolysates and isolates caused People's broad interests. Fish protein is degraded by enzymes, and its function and quality can be improved. This paper analyzes the nutritional supplement and endurance training of fish meat enzymatic protein. Endurance is a key factor that determines the effectiveness of sports training. It is necessary to continuously strengthen training, grasp the effectiveness of endurance training in middle and long distance running, and promote the effective development of endurance training theory and practice.
