Research on Multi-objective Planning Model for Agricultural Pollution, Environmental Regulation and Economic Development
Population, resource, environment and economy are the key elements of regional sustainable development. They constitute a dynamic, open and complex system, referred to as the PREE system. In the quantitative analysis of the research on the coordinated development of PREE, the overall problem of the complex system of PREE needs to be solved. A three-level model architecture is proposed; A multi-objective comprehensive integration model of the PREE system based on objective planning was established. This model can better reflect the checks and balances of the coordinated development of various subsystems, and fully reflects the overall characteristics of the PREE system. Quantitative research on regional sustainable development provides the technical basis. This paper draws on Islam's research ideas to build a theoretical model of the factors influencing agricultural non-point source pollution. And use 1990-2010 inter-provincial panel data for empirical research to explore the internal driving mechanism of the evolution of agricultural non-point source pollution, with a view to providing theoretical basis for agricultural non-point source pollution control and management. The pollution reduction effect of technological progress and economic development has begun to play an initial role. Both can effectively reduce agricultural non-point source pollution, which provides the possibility for the coordinated development of agricultural production and ecological environment.
