Soy isoflavones are a class of phytoestrogens whose main components are genistein, daidzein and daidzein. It has certain effects on relieving menopausal syndrome, preventing certain cancers, preventing osteoporosis and cardiovascular diseases, anti-inflammatory, antibacterial, anti-aging, antioxidant, enhancing immunity and regulating cholesterol metabolism. With the aging of our country and the acceleration of urbanization, people are paying more and more attention to health and health, and ecological health tourism has shown increasing market potential. Ecological health tourism is a tourism based on the ecological environment. The development foundation of ecological health tourism is based on various resource bases, including air resources, climate resources, mountain forest resources, water resources and health cultural resources, but the status of each resource is different. Therefore, this paper uses the analytic hierarchy process to construct an ecological health tourism resource and environmental evaluation index system, and calculates the index weights, and designs an evaluation method to explore the suitability of the development of ecological health tourism in specific tourist destinations.
