The contents of various mineral elements in nutritious composite foods are higher than ordinary foods in different degrees. This article analyzes the nutritional components of dietary fiber and adverse reactions of high-intensity swimming. Swimming has a significant effect on improving metabolism. Swimming can also improve the body's resistance to external stimuli, thereby improving the body's immune function. Therefore, swimming is suitable for increasing physical fitness, losing weight, and preventing chronic diseases. Swimming can also accelerate the breakdown of cholesterol in the blood, reduce the deposition of cholesterol in the blood vessel walls, and have a positive effect on atherosclerosis and the hypertension, angina pectoris, and myocardial infarction caused by the elderly.
