Abstract

Tomatoes are rich in vitamin C, but vitamin c is all compounds with ascorbic acid biological activity. Vitamin c has a wide range of physiological functions, can prevent scurvy, joint swelling, promote wound healing, and strengthen the body's resistance. This article studies tomato vitamin C nutrition and the economic development of agricultural industry in Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei. From the perspective of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei coordinated development, the problems facing agricultural economic development in Hebei Province in recent years are analyzed, and a top-level design plan for connecting Beijing-Tianjin is put forward as a whole. Firstly, for the counties farther from Beijing and Tianjin, according to the development model of the park, scientifically plan characteristic agricultural parks to create county-level ace products; secondly, for the bordering counties around Beijing and Tianjin, build a model of market mechanism and technology mechanism synergy, and the government administrative mechanism guarantees implementation Third, establish a county-level collaborative electronic farming website to encourage county-level agricultural collaborative development through performance evaluation. Based on the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei coordinated development strategy, it is of great practical significance to find a new model to promote the development of agricultural economy in Hebei county.
