Abstract

Beef quality testing plays an important role in beef production, processing and consumption.This paper introduces the technical characteristics of three kinds of beef quality determination methods, such as shear force measurement, near-infrared spectroscopy (NIR) and machine vision, and the research status at home and abroad. It focuses on the machine vision technology in beef color, marble pattern, texture and physiological maturity. Research progress in the determination of quality parameters such as degree, pointing out that machine vision technology is the main development direction of future beef quality testing research.Due to the current inability to strictly manage the English translation of export food packaging, a large number of problems have arisen in the actual operation process, which is not conducive to improving the market competitiveness of export foods.The main reason is due to the extensive use of translation tools, the lack of emphasis on research grammar, the lack of attention to the analysis of cultural practices of importing countries, the lack of professionalism of translators, the inability to strictly guard the review, and the inconsistencies of importing countries. In order to solve this problem, we must analyze the characteristics of English itself and the cultural characteristics of the importing country, and seek solutions to the problem.
