Metformin Pharmacological Interventions Combined with Repaglinide in the Treatment of Elderly T2DM and Fine Nursing
At present, the oral drugs for T2DM mainly include sulfonylureas, biguanides, α-glucosidase inhibitors, thiazolidinediones, non-sulfonylureas, etc. there are many kinds of drugs with advantages and disadvantages. Therefore, it is a hot spot of clinical research to strengthen the nursing of diabetic patients in order to improve their treatment compliance and quality of life. In this paper, the author analzyes metformin pharmacological interventions combined with repaglinide in the treatment of elderly T2DM and fine nursing. The results showed that the levels of FBG and PBG in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P < 0.05). HbA1c and HOMA-IR levels in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group, and HOMA - β levels were significantly higher than those in the control group (P < 0.05). The level of MCP-1 in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P < 0.05). In the treatment of elderly T2DM patients, metformin combined with repaglinide and fine nursing can improve the effect of blood glucose control, effectively reduce the degree of insulin resistance and the level of peripheral blood MCP-1, which is helpful to improve the clinical efficacy and prevent complications.
