Intervention of Diabetes Mellitus with Hyperlipidemia by Low Sugar Dietary Fiber Nutritional Diet and Exercise Training

Low calorie dietary fiber has a positive effect on human health. Corn contains vitamin E, vitamin A, nicotinic acid, iron and other elements, the content of rice is more than four times. It also contains gluten and lecithin, which can reduce cholesterol, prevent hypertension and myocardial infarction. Corn fiber is very rich in corn, which can stimulate gastrointestinal peristalsis, but also play a role in weight loss, lipid regulation and health care.In this paper, the author analyzes the intervention of diabetes mellitus with hyperlipidemia by low sugar dietary fiber nutritional diet and exercise training.The results showed that the effects of long-term aerobic exercise on the body shape and weight of obese adolescents showed that the body shape and weight of the subjects decreased after 5 weeks of aerobic exercise, which indicated that long-term aerobic exercise could selectively mobilize fat in obese adolescents. Abdominal adipose tissue was mobilized first, followed by hip fat.
